First, Many thanks for valuable messages. The Big question is "Who will speak for Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana (on death row), Bhai Dilawar Singh Babbar, Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, those innocent Sikh children (now youth or young males/females), 10,000 innocent Sikhs kept in high Security jails in PUnjab, The Sikh Nation, PUNJAB (under the occupation of the turbaned Brahmins-Hindus in 'The Sikh Identity'? the spineless jathedars/band leaders?, impotent politicians? or who? Now the Band-Wagon is rolling for Professor Devinder Singh Bhullar, very close to 'gallows'; but the impotent politicians and other have been jumping on Professor Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar's Band-Wagon. Why? To save their face for the SGPC'S forthcoming elections? Or, the Punjab's elections? The politically impotent politicians, by and large, are the agents of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). These agents of RAW had deliberately been involved in an 'undeclared' war in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984; in which more than 260,000 innocent Sikhs (infants, children, youth, male, females, elderly, etc. were killed.

Since 15th August, 1947, more than 3.4 Sikhs have been killed. My dear Sardar/Sardarni Sahib/Sahibaan ji, please note: "The Sikhs have to face and experience far more tough times than what has been seen between 15th August, 1947 and to the day of this writting."

Please save your beloved Sikh Nation from the anti-Sikh forces, e. g., jathedars, Hanera (Darkness/Prakash) Sinh Badal, his clan, and the zee-hazooriyes, to say the least. Please save the Sikhs from the Brahmins-Hindus, Aryasamajists and other clans of the 'House of Guru Nanak Sahib'.

Please do not take as any kind of cricisms. "The Zee News Punjabi/Hindi/English are NOTHING but the henious Propaganda of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' demoncracy/democracy.

The guidance of the Sikhs will come from the Guru Granth Sahib/Sikh Guru Sahibaans teachings, the Sikh traditions.

I am in receipt of Sardar Randeep Singh Grewal's reply to my points raised on the "Denial of Clemency to Bhullar sparks a strong wave of criticism in PUNJAB." Although Sardar Grewal has tried to give some explanation, he has missed some points I had raised in accordance with the principles of Guru Sahibaans, Guru Nanak Sahib to Sahib Guru Gobind Singh ji, their teachings inscribed in Guru Granth Sahib, and in accordance with the Sikh Rahat Maryada means The Sikh Way of Life. You are a second person in the entire universe to write your comments. Thank you kindly my older brother, as this gives me a little more ammunition to write my commentson the persons or the 'bootlickers/Chaplianchutts of the Congress and other non-Sikh political parties. These turbaned Brahmins in 'The Sikh Identity' will never support Professor Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar's case, which at this stage of the point is the 'Lost Cause'. Only the advocates/attorny of law are also beating around the bush.They must study the Brahmins-Hindus' Indian Constitution 1950. The supreme authority to grant clemency is the figure head president of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' demoncracy/democracy. Professor Bhullar lost in the Punjab High Court, Supreme Court and then he lost in the office of the president, Pratibha Patil. Who naive would think that that Professor Bhullar will escape 'gallows'? Do the Sikhs have special 'love affairs' with the Brahmins-Hindus of the alleged Indian democracy, or vice versa? Please read your Sikh History from the Sikhs' point of view.

Our Sikh people, brothers, sisters, youth and elders are quite naive. The Research and Analysis Wing's (RAW) agents have sold the Guru Khalsa Panth by becoming their 'joe boys', i. e., Hanera (Prakash/Darkness) Sinh Badal, his 'joe boys and joe girls', Akali Dal-Badal Private Incorporation Limited, Gurcharan Tohra (deceased), Harchand Longowal, Jaswant Sinh Bhullar, Harjinder Pal Singh Nagra, Balwant Ramoowalia, Surjit Barnala, to say the least. Following the Martyrdom of Shaeed-Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa (Bhindranwale, Bhai Amrik Singh, Bhai (Maj-Gen) Shahbeg Singh, Baba Thara Singh, Sukhdev Singh and associates (13 out of 169 total; according to the Brahmins and Hindus' data) killed in an 'undeclared' war, in the form of a brutal "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, along with more than 250,000 Sikhs (elders,Bibis, brothers, youth and infants, Bhai Dilawar Singh Babbar, Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana and more than 10,000 Sikhs rotting in the high security jails of Punjab and other parts of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' demoncracy/democracy), has anyone come forward to raise the question of the Sikh Nation/Punjab? The answer is a big 'NO'.

Yes, some Sikh leaders, if they are the leaders at all, they do talk about the 'Liberation of the Sikhs' Khalistan in PUNJAB (just within the political boundaries of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' demoncracy), or outside PUNJAB. In the latter case, some do not forget to say "Khalsaji, Thuhada Dafter Bund Ho Giya Hai, Maya Mastani Ho Gayi Hai, and the Gurdwara's podium and/or premises have been used for their self-interests; they ask for your hard earned money and Raise five slogans of Khalistan, i. e., Khalistan Zindabadx5-times." This is their 'Liberation of Khalistan and Freedom of Khalistan'. We do not want this type of Khalistan, but our "Struggle is To Regain the Lost Sovereignty, Independence and Political Power of the Sikhs, by peaceful means, which began on 14th March, 1849," against the British Empire. The 'First Sovereign and Secular Nation' of South Asia, the international border was established, by the stupidity of Master Tara Sinh (a Brahmin, changed to a Hindu and then became the Leader of Akali Party) and gang, on 14/15th August, 1947.

The Sikhs have been walking their heads high simply because of the Martyrdoms of Shaheed-Bilas saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa and other staunch supporters of the Shaheed-Bilas saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa and other 260,000 Sikhs killed since "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984.

Our contribution in the Sikhs' Struggle for Sovereignty and political power is to keep on reminding the world on the 'Genocide of Sikhs' carried out since 15th August, 1947; without asking a'Single penny' from anyone. We are not working like the lawyers/legal attorneys, who say "Please donate for the work we lawyers have been doing;" without contributing a single penny of the 1/10th of their 'tith or Daswand' in the Sikhs' Struggle for Sovereignty. Let us ask the people you have mentioned in your message, along with the Akalis, how much they have contributed for for the "Sikhs Struggle for Sovereignty"? Their answer(s) will be a simple 'No'. But they have their parts in killing our Sikh youth and Sikh brothers, sisters and children. If anyone wants to prove me wrong, please do not hesitate for doing that. But not at the expense of 'compromising the principles of Guru Granth Sahib, Sikh Rahat Maryada and Guru Sahibaan's and preachings of Shaheed-Bilas saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa and Martyrdoms of the Sikh martyrs since 15th August, 1947. I am repeating once again that "Without your sovereign nation, you (the Sikhs) will have no future" Your children in PUNJAB are already made a bunch of illitrates.

The purpose of sharing the news from Sikhsiyasat was to bring awareness of the current events and action regarding Professor Devendarpal Singh Bhullar's case to our Australian Sikh & NZ Sikhs through this open forum. There are concrete steps that SAD (Panch Pradhani) are taking in India to highlight this issue in the Indian media. In my opinion, one still has to do this exercise even though we can't expect much from the Indian media or the Indian Judicial system which does not live on the principle of "natural justice" and truth. The people of India and more importantly our Sikh brothers and sisters in India need to be told that GOI is still discriminating against it's own citizens and the Sikh Diaspora and the International community will not tolerate this moving forward. 

Answer to your reply is in my email to Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, please see the extract below from my email:

"In my opinion, Justice in India for Sikhs will only happen if all factions that exist in the Khalsa Panth unite as one and take it to the International community for action against GOI. Justice system in India is in the hands of Hindutava think tank who have hatred towards the sikhs. Otherwise a common man in India would probably understand the case of Professor Bhullar and others.

Regarding the case of Professor Bhullar, it seems to me that GOI are purposely playing with Sikh sentiments to tell them that Sikhs will always be slaves in India who follow the path shown to them by (our Guru Granth Sahib Ji) and will be treated as second class citizens. Our so called Sikh leaders Parkash Chand Badal, Sarna, Captain Amarinder Singh,  etc all serve their political masters in India and play the Sikh card when it comes to SGPC or state elections. Given all the above, the Sikh mainstream in India and Sikh factions still do not voice their concerns enough for our brothers and sisters who are being tortured in jails (on false cases without legitimate proof or evidence).

I am glad that there are individuals like you and many other in SAD (Panch Pradhani) who are willing to take up these issues in the media.

Professor Bhullar will become a Sikh Martyr which will ignite Sikh youths in the Sikh diaspora world wide. I feel for the family of Professor Bhullar and Professor sahib who is innocent in the eyes of Waheguru and the Khalsa Panth".
